Joint Ventures & Representations
Over the past few decades, UDL has represented several multinationals as their distributors. Our dedicated attention & expertise has yielded tremendous results for our partners.
 
The businesses of FMC, Dow Agro Sciences and Pioneers Seeds have almost exclusively been developed by UDL. We have Joint Ventures with FMC (40%) and Pioneer Seeds (6.12%) in their local operations. Currently we represent DuPont’s crop protection business as their sole distributor in Pakistan.
We are also currently in the process of establishing our "Micronutrient Fertiliser" business with two companies; A UK based company Indigrow, for foliar fertilisers and a Thai company Granular Corp, for chelated granular micronutrients.
